Crazy Uncle Pat endorses Rudy

In yet another desperate grab for political power Pat Robertson, founder of the Christian Coalition and the Christian Broadcasting Network endorsed Rudy Giuliani saying:
"To me, the overriding issue before the American people is the defense of our population from the bloodlust of Islamic terrorists.... We need a leader with a bold vision who is not afraid to tackle the challenges ahead."
Oh how I wish that our crazy uncle Pat would offer a sane prophetic voice rather than this overtly political one.

  1. Didn't Pat say, at the beginning of the year, that God told him he would win?

    Imagine Pat as president. *shudder*

  3. Not sure about that Stephanie but he did say in January that God told him that a terrorist attack on the United States would result in "mass killing" late in 2007.

Rygel, it is hard to say about Hillary.. probably need to see how the January primaries go.

  4. Stuff like this just makes me so happy I'm no longer an "evangelical". Pat Robertson is a kook!

I don't understand how someone who claims abortion is the murder of babies can endorse a pro-choice candidate in the name of keeping us safe from terrorists (as if Hillary would allow the terrorists to come pouring over the borders).

It's a sad, desperate move as is this notion that only Republicans can about national security.
