I'm not par...Hmm, you met Gale Sayers back in '68? I'm not particularly into football, but I've always thought Sayers seemed to be a pretty cool dude.<BR/><BR/>I've met a few celebs in my time, Bob, but the one I will always remember fondly is Ernie Harwell, the radio broadcast voice of the Detroit Tigers for decades. Hubby and I met Ernie at a booksigning years ago and had a really nice conversation with him. (He and we were both early that day.) If you've ever met someone that made you feel you were with downhome folks from the very first minute, Bob, that's what it was like talking with Ernie.
