It seems like it rockets up at any rumor of a disruption and falls ever so slowly once supplies are back to normal.

Unfortunately, gas at $2.00 a gallon is not good news, IMO. It'll practically kill any alternative energy exploration. Why look for alternative fuels when they cost so much more than gasoline? Also, it's a sign of just how weak the global economy is. Gas is cheap because manufacturers don't need it right now with the global economy at a virtual stand still. The good news is those countries that "don't like us very much" are going to see serious crimps in their budgets as they've come to rely on much higher oil prices. Iran'll have problems making as much trouble with their income slashed in half. The other good news is some budget relief for the middle class of our country.

I just hope that this time around, we don't forget and put our heads back in the sand. It's time to get off the oil addiction whether gas is $2.00 a gallon or $5.00.Brianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06035489123868573312noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-749955731953911627.post-64748704585734415432008-10-28T15:31:00.000-05:002008-10-28T15:31:00.000-05:00Our's peaked about $4 and is now down close to $2....Our's peaked about $4 and is now down close to $2.
