I've known a few ...This makes so much sense to me. I've known a few people with PTSD. One was a Viet Nam vet who chose his own "medication" (heroin) and ended up committing suicide. I know that in ...Bob, this some great information. I know that in my own life, recovery after trauma was always influenced as Foa describes. A trauma like war, though, has to be immeasurably hard to stare down and continually exposure yourself to until you can recover.
