  1. I have found nothing is so dangerous in this life as unrealistic expectations. If we recognize we are imperfect people in an imperfect world we can work to improve the situation. If we expect perfect we merely get discouraged.

    1. Definitely a learning process Mike. Seems like we should be able to have some basic expectations of others.

  2. Basic expectations may be reasonable depending on what they are or what the relationship is, but failures should be met with loving correction. But I find I always need to ask am I expecting too much or is this something I can reasonably expect from someone in this relationship to me. (Sorry for taking so long to respond, but I am still having problems getting on your site though I am finding ways to work around it.)

    1. Perhaps we should be more open in our relationships Mike? As a boss I used to sit down with employees and discuss expectations. Maybe we should find a way to do that in our personal lives?

I changed the template a few days ago and it should be easier for you to navigate the blog and comment. I will eventually change the template on my other blog if this one works well.

  3. I thank you for changing the template, it makes it much easier for those of us with old obsolete equipment to navigate the site.
